As a transformational experience it brings psychology to life in an accessible, practical model showing people how understanding themselves better can make a positive difference in the workplace and beyönd.
SpaceSights integrates Insights into a 4-teams game that helps participants better understand the concepts of this methodology, by experiencing together the different layers of the “4 color energies”.
While the game can be played by anyone, it was originally designed and is more effective with engineering/science-oriented teams.
